FAQ

We will not be able to put your job on the calendar without payment. 
 
Each job will be custom designed prior to installing and will be decorated/installed on site.
 
We will remove all items at the end of each season on a week of your choice.
 
As a returning customer for the same holiday the following year, you will receive a discount 'to be determined' for that holiday. 
 
For handcrafted items, although everything has been researched, tested and weather proofed to the best of our ability, we can only guarantee luster up to 2 months and though we expect it to last longer than that, we can not guarantee anything longer and recommend removal no more than 2 months after install. 
 
Materials have been checked and tested prior to use for effectiveness and quality but there is always a chance colors may bleed or water rings will be left on your porch or walk way. We are not legally responsible for this and can offer suggestions if this does occur.
 
Products are weather proofed and treated to guarantee the beauty lasts for the whole season (at least 2 months) however, they will hold up better out of the elements and the intense full sunlight so please keep that in mind. 
 
We may reach out to you via text during the season to request stopping by to check on our designs and make sure they are holding up correctly. 
 
Additionally, you will be given our contact info and we request you let us know if there are any major issues so we can come by and get everything back to looking beautiful for you as soon as possible!
